State Rep Mary Isaacson, (D-Philadelphia) spoke earlier this week in favor of house bill 98, which just passed the Pennsylvania House Labor and Industry Committee by party lines earlier today.

The bill not only reaffirms that it is illegal to discriminate pay on terms of gender but mandates pay transparency, requiring employers to disclose the minimum and maximum pay for each position.
