Dr. Alhambra Frarey, an OBGYN at Penn Medicine, explained the benefits of Opill, the country’s first over-the-counter birth control pill, in an interview with The Keystone.

Perrigo, Opill’s manufacturer, released the birth control medicine to commercial pharmacies last month, and a month’s supply of the medicine costs $20, with discounts for three month and six month supplies.
