That’s how Gov. Josh Shapiro summed up President Donald Trump’s first five months in office while speaking to reporters at a food bank in Philadelphia on Wednesday.
Shapiro was in Philadelphia to announce that he’s suing the Trump administration for withholding $13 million in funding to help Pennsylvania farmers grow fresh food for food banks across the state.
