Wolf, Fetterman Launch Program to Pardon Low-Level Marijuana Convictions

The governor and US Senate candidate, both vocal advocates for the legalization of adult-use recreational marijuana in Pennsylvania, said the new pardon project will give residents with minor, non-violent marijuana convictions a second chance to improve their lives.

Democrats Renew Push for Biden to Decriminalize Weed, an Idea Pennsylvanians Overwhelmingly Support

Decriminalizing and legalizing marijuana is overwhelmingly popular with Pennsylvania residents of all political affiliations, as 69% of voters in the state support legalizing cannabis, according to the polling firm Civiqs.
