VIDEO: Watch Scott Perry run from reporters in the capitol

By Graham Harrington

May 8, 2024

Congressman Scott Perry (R-York) ran away from reporters in the Pennsylvania capitol on Monday after he spoke on a panel with the National Federation of Independent Business.

Perry bolted from the event by leaving through a back door and refused to answer questions about his involvement in trying to overturn Pennsylvania’s election results and why he has spent over $300,000 relating to his actions in the lead up to Jan. 6, 2021.

Perry is running against former TV news anchor Janelle Stelson in the upcoming general election. This congressional race may be one of the closest watched races in the country given Perry’s vulnerabilities.
