Pennsylvanians who have purchased an electric vehicle (EV) or invested in an EV charging station could be getting tax benefits for going green under the Inflation Reduction Act.
THE BENEFITS:
- EV Purchase Credit: Provides up to $7,500 in credit for light-duty EVs.
- PA Alternative Vehicle Fuel Rebate: Provides up to $2,000 off the purchase price of a new EV in addition to tax benefits.
- Used EVs Credit: Provides up to $4,000 or 30% of the vehicle’s value (whichever is lower).
- Direct Current Fast Charging Station Incentive: Provides rebates for EV charging infrastructure installations.
