Black Friday deals are offered by several retail stores and restaurants in 2024. Here’s what you need to know.
Did you know there are five fewer shopping days between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year compared to last? As if the holiday season isn’t stressful enough.
That’s why we’ve curated a short list of Black Friday deals happening near you. It’s by no means an exhaustive list—because that’d be exhausting. But the deals and information we’ve gathered below might help you decide if it’s worth venturing out into the world (or opening your laptop) the day after Thanksgiving.
From Kohl’s prizes to free swag bags and an assortment of sales in between, these Black Friday deals could have you catching up on your holiday shopping in no time.
But first, here’s what to know about shopping at one of the biggest shopping destinations in Southeastern Pa., the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Pottstown, Montgomery County. The outlets are closed on Thanksgiving, but will open at 6 a.m. on Black Friday and remain open until 10 p.m. Additional holiday hours can be found here. National retail deals
Amazon – The retailer’s Black Friday Week is happening now through Friday. Numerous deals have already been announced, like 55% off some devices, including Kindles and Ring doorbells. Click here for more information.
Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops – Be one of the first 250 customers at your Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s store on Black Friday and you might receive a mystery promo card that’s worth $10 to $50. Sales off select items up to 50% off.
JC Penney – On Black Friday, in-store customers who are over 18 typically receive coupons at the door that can be used that day. Giveaways include a free standing mixer, diamond earrings, and more. Kohl’s – Black Friday deals are happening now through Friday; you can shop the ad here. You can also earn $15 in Kohl’s Cash for every $50 you spend.
Walmart – The store has been rolling out Black Friday deal events since Nov. 11. The next round of Black Friday sales began Monday, and in stores on Friday, November 29. Walmart stores are closed on Thanksgiving, but many will open at 6 a.m. local time on Black Friday. Click here to see what deals and discounts they’re offering this year.
Ulta – The beauty brand is known for its Black Friday freebies, including a luxury throw or robe with any $70 fragrance purchase or a free 9-piece UIta Beauty Collection gift with any $60 online purchase. Check out Ulta’s Black Friday deals here.
Best Buy – Black Friday deals began earlier this month, with additional deals coming between now and Nov. 30. Click here for more information.
Victoria’s Secret – Victoria’s Secret is offering 40% off everything; spend $150 or more and you’ll receive a free tote and blanket.

National restaurant deals
7-Eleven – 7-Eleven loyalty members can get Black Friday food deals on Thanksgiving Eve. Additional information on 7-Eleven’s rewards program and deals can be found here.
Burger King – The Krazy Koupon Lady indicated that Royal Perks members will likely get a free Burger King Whopper with any delivery order of $20 or more on Black Friday, though nothing has been officially confirmed as of writing.
Dunkin – From now through Dec. 2, Dunkin’ Rewards members can enjoy a BOGO $1 Wake-Up Wraps with an in-app offer.
McDonald’s – The Krazy Koupon Lady also said that McDonald’s will be offering free medium fries on Black Friday with a $1 purchase in the McDonald’s app. Additional deals and freebies may be announced closer to Nov. 29.
