Former model and reality TV star Yolanda Hadid is selling her 32-acre Bucks County estate.

The Solebury lavender farm is on the market for $10.89 million, according to realtor Steven Dome’s website.

Yolanda Hadid first bought this property, once known as Carousel Farm, for a little less than $4 million in 2017, according to property records.

The 1800s farmhouse is 3,400 square feet with three bedrooms, five bathrooms and wood-burning fireplaces.

The property also includes three guest houses that bring the total living space to nearly 7,000 square feet, plus an 8,000-square-foot stone barn, according to the real estate listing.

Yolanda Hadid told The Wall Street Journal that she originally bought the property to be close to her children in New York City. She plans to downsize now that her children live in other areas of the country, the paper reported.

Her son Anwar has reportedly bought multiple properties in California within the past five years.

Her daughter Bella, a model, said last year she had moved to Texas to be closer to boyfriend and fellow equestrian Adan Banuelos.

Yolanda Hadid herself bought a property in the Fort Worth area, filming a tour of the ranch with Architectural Digest last year.

Her other daughter Gigi, also a model, has been linked to actor Bradley Cooper, who purchased a Solebury property near the lavender farm in 2023, according to property records.

Gigi Hadid’s former partner, the musician Zayn Malik, also owns a farm near Pipersville. The two share a daughter.

Yolanda Hadid’s farm was previously owned by lawyer David H. Braff. The land was first deeded to another owner by William Penn in 1682, according to the listing.
