A board game night planned at a Bucks County funeral home and several upcoming Lehigh Valley-area events got some free promotion on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” on Tuesday night.

Board game event organizers were both baffled and pleased by the mention.
“I don’t know how in the world this happened, but the event got a shout out!” a Naugle funeral director, Nick Andreas, wrote on the Quakertown event’s Facebook page with a link to the TV segment.
The Lansdale PA Board Game Group, which co-organized the funeral home event, has seen their highest RSVP count on a Facebook event so far this year.
