Tröegs is seeking works by local artists that represent the independent brewing company as part of its annual “Art of Tröegs” contest.

The Hershey-based brewery asked fans to submit works “inspired by its beer, label art, packaging, employees or even the brewery itself.”

“Over the years, our fans have submitted just about everything you can possibly imagine,” Tröegs co-founding brother Chris Trogner said in a written statement. “Some of our favorites have been a pair of custom Tröegs sneakers, a hand-painted acoustic guitar, a huge raptor made from aluminum cans and packaging materials, and even a miniature replica of our brewery populated by Smurfs.”

Entrants must be 21-years-old or older and live within the Tröegs distribution area. Any form of artwork — paintings, photography, mixed media, jewelry and more — can be submitted.

A panel of judges, made up of Tröegs co-workers, will choose their favorite piece. Original works submissions are due by June 28th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

The contest winner will receive a pre-loaded $500 bank-issued gift card and be the guest of honor at the 2026 Art of Tröegs gallery opening later this year.

Officials said that several “Art of Tröegs” alumni have gone on to work with the brewery on various creative projects, including crafting custom signage, painting murals, and designing beer labels.

“We’ve been holding the Art of Tröegs contest for twenty years, and we’re constantly blown away by the creativity of our fans,” Trogner said. “We can’t wait to see what they come up with this year!”

Submissions for the Art of Tröegs contest will be accepted digitally. Residents can find additional details and complete contest rules at troegs.com/art.
