The Pennsylvania Department of State certified the results Tuesday morning, and Gov. Tom Wolf sent the certification to the national archives.
Monday was the deadline for county officials to report election results to the state. Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar must then tabulate, compute and canvass votes for all races.
The Trump campaign is asking for an expedited appeal hearing, in an attempt to overturn a lower court ruling before the state certifies election results.
Judge Matthew Brann ruled that state officials can certify election results that currently show Biden winning the state by more than 80,000 votes.
