Trump administration wants Penn to apologize for allowing transgender athlete to compete on women’s swim team

In addition to apologizing to female swimmers, the U.S. Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights said it wants Penn to to issue a statement saying that it will comply with Title IX and effectively strip transgender swimmer Lia Thomas of any awards or records in Division I swimming competitions.
