One of Bucks County’s most beloved tourist destinations has been chosen as one of the best shopping centers in America as part of USA TODAY’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

Peddler’s Village in Lahaska was selected by online voters after industry experts nominated it as one of the best shopping centers in the country, factoring in the variety of stores, dining and entertainment options, and overall experience for guests.

Founded in 1962, the 18th-century style shopping village has grown to include more than 60 shops, seven full-service restaurants and more across 42 acres of intertwined brick walkways and landscaped gardens. The shopping destination welcomes more than 2 million visitors every year with its special event weekends and holiday and seasonal festivals.

Other winners in the category include Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio and St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, Florida.

You can find a full list of winners for this category and many others for the 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards online.
