76ers hoping to engage young voters with Philadelphia event

Philly’s NBA team and Rock the Vote are teaming up to present Philaland, a free event Saturday at the Mann Center aimed at highlighting the importance of early voting in Pennsylvania ahead of Election Day.

Philly’s NBA team and Rock the Vote are teaming up to present Philaland, a free event Saturday at the Mann Center aimed at highlighting the importance of early voting in Pennsylvania ahead of Election Day.

The Philadelphia 76ers and Rock the Vote, the long-standing non-partisan non-profit dedicated to building the civic power of young people, announced that from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26 at The Mann Center, they are hosting Philaland, a free concert for 76ers fans and all Philadelphians featuring Benson Boone and other local and national top artists and performers.

Philaland is an opportunity for Philadelphians to come together and celebrate their team, local culture, and music, while highlighting the importance of early voting.

Tickets are free and you can register to claim them today. Ticket distribution will be at early voting locations across Philadelphia.

In addition to Benson Boone, Philaland will feature performances by numerous other talented artists. You must have a ticket in order to attend. Doors open at 4 p.m. Visit www.philaland.com for the most up-to-date information.
