Perry appeared on a right-wing podcast earlier this month and called on Republicans to use reconciliation, a budgetary maneuver that doesn’t require 60 votes in the US Senate, to pass legislation limiting judges from issuing nationwide injunctions.
Perry also called on the US House to use the Holman rule, which dates back to the 1870s, in order to defund district courts blocking Trump’s agenda.
