Country artist Justin Moore will headline a concert in York County to honor the memory of fallen West York Police Officer Andrew Duarte and benefit UPMC Memorial Hospital staff wounded or traumatized during a deadly attack earlier this year, according to a news release.

The “Fields of Honor” benefit concert is set for 6 p.m. Saturday, June 14 at the Inch & Co. farm, 2950 Lewisberry Road in Manchester Township, the release states.

Moore along with special guests are scheduled to perform at the concert. Tickets are on sale now through Tixr.

All of the money raised will be used for two purposes: to create an Officer Andrew Duarte Memorial Shooting Range and Simulation Room to help equip police for crisis situations and to make a healing room for the well-being of UPMC Memorial Hospital staff, the release states.

Duarte, 30, was killed in the line of duty on Feb. 22, 2025 when he responded to an active shooting with hostages at the hospital. Three other law enforcement officers and three healthcare workers were wounded in the attack.

Police killed the suspect, 49-year-old Diogenes Archangel-Ortiz of York.

“Fields of Honor is a chance to remember Officer Duarte and support those impacted,” Jeffrey Inch, CEO of Inch & Co., said in the news release. “We’re honored to partner with 423 Productions and the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation on this effort.”

UPMC Pinnacle Foundation President Jessica Ritchie said in the release: “We’re grateful to Inch & Co. and 423 Productions. These funds will help our staff heal and provide a permanent space supporting our team’s emotional needs, while also bolstering the courageous protection that area police officers provide.”
