Donald Trump posted a lie to Truth Social that widespread cheating is happening in Pennsylvania on Wednesday.

Donald Trump is starting to lay the groundwork to try and undermine next week’s election in Pennsylvania.

Trump, who appeared in Allentown on Tuesday, posted to Truth Social early on Wednesday stating that widespread cheating is occurring throughout the commonwealth.

“Pennsylvania is cheating, and getting caught, at large scale levels rarely seen before. REPORT CHEATING TO AUTHORITIES. Law Enforcement must act, NOW!,” Trump posted.

According to The Daily Beast, it appears Trump was upset about voters who were in line to apply for a mail-in ballot and vote in their local elections offices after Tuesday’s 5pm deadline.

Voters who were in line waiting for their ballot prior to the 5 PM deadline were able to apply for their ballot and vote.

Following the 2020 election, the Trump campaign and his supporters filed 62 lawsuits in 9 swing states challenging the validity of the election, and nearly all of them were dismissed or dropped due to the lack of evidence for their claims

Trump has been spreading lies about Pennsylvania’s upcoming election throughout his campaign.

Earlier this month in Butler County, Both Trump and Elon Musk, CEO of X, were preparing supporters to not accept upcoming election results.

“We have plenty of votes. Stop this steal. That’s why you’ve got to get out. You’ve got to get out and vote. We’re going to win this thing. And the more we win, it’s too big to rig the expression we use. Make it too big to rig,” Trump said to his supporters.

Musk, pleading with the crowd to register to vote, said at the time that this election will be the last election if they don’t vote.

“Drag them to register to vote,” Musk said. “There’s only two days left to register to vote in Georgia and Arizona. Text people now and then make sure they actually do vote. If they don’t, this will be the last election. That’s my prediction.”
