Pennsylvania Republican Treasurer Stacy Garrity, who is running against Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) this November, continues pushing unfounded claims about President Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss.
Garrity recently appeared on ABC 27’s “This Week in Pennsylvania” and claimed there were “irregularities” in the 2020 election.
On Jan. 5, 2021, Garrity participated in a rally questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election results on the Pennsylvania Capitol steps in Harrisburg, one day before rioters stormed the US Capitol in Washington on Jan. 6.
