A weekly roundup of Pennsylvania political events, advocacy opportunities, protests, and ways to take action statewide.

Want to get politically engaged this week? You can chat with neighbors in Chester County, protest Trump in Philly, or celebrate Black History Month in Harrisburg. 

Here’s our weekly round-up of upcoming events and actions:

Friday (Feb. 20)

Chester County Democratic Committee: Great Valley Dems Coffee & Conversation, (Chester County, 10 am)

A free event for coffee, community, and conversation. 

Indivisible Pittsburgh: Fridays With(out) Fetterman, (Pittsburgh, 12 pm – 1 pm)

A weekly protest against ICE and Fetterman’s recent actions that takes place outside of Congressman John Fetterman’s office. 

Action Together NEPA: Williamsport Fight Back Fridays, (Williamsport, 3 pm – 4 pm)

A protest outside of Congressman Dan Meuser’s office for his actions.

 

Saturday (Feb. 21)

Indivisible Lancaster Together: Signs of Fascism Silent Vigil, (Lancaster County, 10:30 am)

A silent vigil protesting the fascist Trump Administration. 

Peacehome Campaigns: Protest Citizens’ Bank. Stop Funding ICE Detention Centers, (Philadelphia, 11 am – 12 pm)

A demonstration against  Citizens’ Bank’s funding of ICE detention facilities. 

Indivisible: No Kings West Chester PA Weekly Protest, (West Chester, 11 am – 12 pm)

A protest against the Trump Administration’s attack on Venezuela. 

Sunday (Feb. 22)

Northampton County Democratic Committee: Saucon Democrats monthly meeting, (Northampton County, 11:30 am – 1 pm)

A monthly meeting with Democrats in Saucon Valley, Hellertown, and Lower Saucon in Northampton County.

Upper Bucks United: Indivisible: Coffee Chat, (Perkasie, 12 pm – 2 pm)

A casual monthly meeting for progressive resistance and coffee.

Monday (Feb. 23)

Peacehome Campaigns: Mondays @ McCormick’s, (Philadelphia, 12 pm – 1 pm)

A weekly protest against the Trump Administration. 

Indivisible: Democracy Mondays, (Pittsburgh, 4:30 pm – 6 pm)

A weekly progressive protest committed to nonviolence at the Frick Park Playground.

Tuesday (Feb. 24)

Centre County Democratic Committee: Thompson Tuesdays Rally, (Bellefonte, 12 pm – 1 pm)

A weekly protest outside the office of Congressman Glenn Thompson. 

Wednesday (Feb. 25)

Pike County Democratic Party: Resistance Wednesdays, (Milford, 12 pm – 2 pm)

A protest of the Trump administration.

Thursday (Feb. 26)

Affordable Pennsylvania: Black History Month Reception: Defining the Black Working Families’ Agenda, (Harrisburg, 4 pm – 6:30 pm)

An event hosted by the Young Professionals of Color, the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus, and Affordable PA to celebrate Black History Month and highlight the lives of Black families.
