Scott Eden, the founder and former owner of downtown York’s Holy Hound, is opening Lancaster’s first Federal Donuts & Chicken.
The Philly-based fried doughnut and chicken franchise owned and operated by award-winning restaurateurs is expanding to Central Pennsylvania, and will take over the former La Petit Patisserie on College Row at Franklin & Marshall College and is projected to open in early 2026, according to a news release by TRUE Commercial Real Estate.
The menu features fried-to-order cake doughnuts in flavors such as cinnamon brown sugar, strawberry lavender and cookies n’ cream – plus mini doughnut holes, hand-battered and twice-fried chicken sandwiches, fries, Vietnamese iced coffee, cold brew and more.
The lease was managed by Ben Chiaro and David Albright, of TRUE Commercial Real Estate.
