In separate ceremonies at sites around Harrisburg, the attorney general, auditor general and treasurer took their oaths of office on Tuesday.

The Capitol will be closed for two days during the inauguration.

Gov. Tom Wolf, and Pennsylvania’s elected leadership, had strong reactions to the domestic terrorists who attacked the Capitol in Washington DC during an attempted coup Wednesday.

“We are the state that returned the dignity and honor to the United States of America,” said the president of Pennsylvania’s Electoral College.

“The court should not abide this seditious abuse of the judicial process, and should send a clear and unmistakable signal that such abuse must never be replicated,” the lawyers wrote.

“They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted,” one judge wrote.

Judge Matthew Brann ruled that state officials can certify election results that currently show Biden winning the state by more than 80,000 votes.

“The appointment of electors and casting of votes is on autopilot basically.”

Shapiro had garnered 3.3 million votes to his challenger’s 3 million as of 2:45 p.m.
