“We are the state that returned the dignity and honor to the United States of America,” said the president of Pennsylvania’s Electoral College.

“The court should not abide this seditious abuse of the judicial process, and should send a clear and unmistakable signal that such abuse must never be replicated,” the lawyers wrote.

“They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted,” one judge wrote.

Judge Matthew Brann ruled that state officials can certify election results that currently show Biden winning the state by more than 80,000 votes.

“The appointment of electors and casting of votes is on autopilot basically.”

Shapiro had garnered 3.3 million votes to his challenger’s 3 million as of 2:45 p.m.

President Donald Trump’s lead over Joe Biden has shrunk, and Attorney General Josh Shapiro and two Democratic US Reps. have taken the lead in their races.

No media outlet has called the race in Pennsylvania and the state may not be able to provide full unofficial results until Friday.

“No one will be intimidated or be impeded to vote. We expect a peaceful and successful election.”

In a statement, conservative Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Neil Gorsuch made it clear they could re-consider the Pennsylvania GOP’s petition after the election.
